The A Club Adelaide has over 160 shows this Fringe by more than 20 artists and is set to be one of the hottest places to hang out.
The variety of shows really does mean there is something for everyone, such as comedy, cabaret, theatre and music, and including aspects such as storytelling, fire spinning, magic, drag, burlesque, dancing and much, much more.
The shows can all be located for quick reference on the Fringe website in one easy spot:

The A Club Adelaide team are so welcoming and friendly. Left to right in photo above: Sean Perry Fringe venue technician, Kerry Marsh Fringe venue manager, Allen St James, A club venue licencee. Sean is the go to helper guy from painting walls to serving chips. Kerry Marsh director of Call This guy, is the Fringe artist curator and event program manager and Allan is the hotel licencee, on site Construction guru and chief beer puller (very important role).
To keep you going through this mad month, there is coffee as well as coffee martinis and a range of food. Always inexpensive pub grub and late night snacks. There are happy hour bar prices for artists and crew with credentials all night long.
The venue has two areas for performances, a fab beer garden and a bar area for drinks and food. It’s in a great location at 109-111 Waymouth St. (just near Topham Mall). You may recognise it as previously being the Marble Bar. There is also a fantastic parking deal. Only $4! Just across at Playhouse Lane is KPark, offering $4 nights after 4pm and weekends all day – both until 2am.
I have had the pleasure to interview most of the artists performing at the A Club Adelaide and have loved hearing more about their shows, the meaning behind them and many insights. You can read the articles on www.samabouttown.com
For more information, contact Kerry Marsh from Call This Guy If you mention this article and ask nicely, he may even find a 20% discount code for you 😉
Hope to see you there! Happy Fringe everyone!
